Retreat facilitation

It is valuable for a unit, team, department or even a whole small company to take time out to consider and assess the way they work, either as part of a systematic review process or at a specific point of organizational change. Such retreats offer a good opportunity for staff to learn about others’ strengths and skills outside the work context in an informal training environment. As an external facilitator I enhance the success of such a retreat by providing process-oriented support to aid the focus on the organizational content.

I provide a full needs assessment and a customized programme of team-building activities. Topics such as the following are covered as well as organization-specific content.
